Course Summary
Behavioural Safety Training
This 3-hour course provides essential knowledge on improving safety culture through understanding and influencing worker behaviour. Participants will learn how to identify unsafe behaviours, implement corrective actions, and create a positive safety culture within the workplace.

Understanding behavioural safety principles
Identifying unsafe behaviours and risks
Techniques for influencing safe behaviours
Promoting a safety-first culture
Reporting and addressing unsafe practices

Assessment
Assessment is on-going by the instructor, culminating with a multiple choice question paper.
Duration
The course requires a minimum of 8 hours, distributed over the day.Â

Certification Validity
This qualification has no formal expiry, however regular CPD and updates are recommended.



Further Information - Course Numbers
A maximum of 12 students are allowed and must be a minimum of 16 years of age and a certificate can be offered to all, subject to assessment.
Assessment method: Activities, test paper.
